1. Company Information

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website www.rvcleaningacademy.com and the purchase of any online programs, courses, or coaching services offered by RV CLEANING ACADEMY.

By accessing this site or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this site.

2. Purpose

These Terms set out the rights and obligations of both the customer ("Client," "you") and RV CLEANING ACADEMY ("we," "us," "our") in connection with the sale of online courses, digital programs, group trainings, and private coaching sessions provided through rvcleaningacademy.com.

3. Products and Services

Our offers may include, but are not limited to:

• Online courses and digital programs delivered via secure learning platforms.
• Private or group coaching sessions conducted by video call or other virtual means.
• Consulting services or educational materials in digital format.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe Inc. or other verified payment providers. Access to digital content or scheduling of coaching services is granted once payment has been confirmed.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the full amount or any agreed payment plan installment.

Payment Plan — Failed or Missed Payments: If you enroll using the installment payment option (5 monthly payments of $399), you are committing to all scheduled payments for the full duration of the plan. In the event that any installment payment fails or is not settled within 7 days of its due date, RV CLEANING ACADEMY reserves the right to immediately suspend your access to the program, including the training platform, coaching calls, and all associated materials, until the outstanding amount is paid in full. Continued failure to pay may result in permanent cancellation of access without refund of amounts already paid. By selecting the payment plan option, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital courses and programs are delivered electronically, either through an online member area, a download link, or email instructions. Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement following payment.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, including your email address, to ensure proper access to your purchases.

6. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the specific sales page, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Any exceptions or guarantees will be clearly stated on the applicable product page or agreement and are subject to the specific eligibility conditions described in Article 7 below.

If a refund is legally required by consumer protection laws applicable to you, we will comply with those obligations.

Requests for refunds, if applicable, must be made in writing to info@rvcleaningacademy.com.

7. Action-Based Refund Guarantee (6-Figure RV Cleaning Academy Program)

The 6-Figure RV Cleaning Academy program, offered at a purchase price of $1,997 and including 8 weeks of live group coaching, is covered by a conditional, action-based refund guarantee ("the Guarantee"). The Guarantee is designed to protect students who fully implement the program's teachings and do not recover their investment within 90 days of purchase.

Guarantee Terms: If you complete all required actions listed below and have not generated at least $1,997 in revenue from your RV cleaning business within 90 days of your purchase date, you may submit a refund request and we will issue a full refund of your purchase price.

Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for a refund under the Guarantee, you must provide documented proof of all of the following:

• Attendance at all coaching calls: You must have attended all live group coaching sessions held during the 8-week coaching period. Attendance records are tracked by RV CLEANING ACADEMY and must be verifiable.
• Completion of all training modules: You must have watched all video training content available in the program's training platform. Completion status is tracked automatically within the platform and must show 100% completion.
• Consistent local outreach: You must have published at least 3 posts per week in local Facebook groups for the purpose of attracting RV cleaning clients, for a minimum total of 24 posts over the 8-week program period. Screenshots or other documentation of these posts must be provided upon request.
• Minimum Facebook advertising spend: You must have spent a minimum of $100 on Facebook advertising campaigns targeting local RV cleaning clients, following the advertising guidelines taught in the program. Proof of ad spend must be provided via account screenshots or invoices from Facebook/Meta.

Why these requirements exist: These eligibility criteria reflect the realistic minimum actions required to generate RV cleaning clients when following the program's methodology. Based on the program's framework, consistently completing these actions within 8 weeks is sufficient to land between 5 and 10 paying RV cleaning jobs. If you have completed all of the above and still have not recovered your investment, we stand behind the program and will honor your refund.

Ineligibility: Refund requests that cannot demonstrate completion of all four requirements above will not be honored. Partial completion of the program, failure to attend coaching calls, failure to post on social media, or failure to run the minimum ad spend disqualifies the request, regardless of revenue outcome.

How to submit a refund request: Refund requests under the Guarantee must be submitted in writing to info@rvcleaningacademy.com within 90 days of your purchase date. Requests submitted after the 90-day window will not be considered. Your email must include your full name, purchase date, and all supporting documentation referenced above.

8. Rescheduling or Cancellation of Coaching

Private coaching sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the planned session by contacting info@rvcleaningacademy.com.

Any missed or completed sessions are considered fully delivered and are non-refundable.

If a session is canceled by RV CLEANING ACADEMY, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

9. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate personal and billing information.
• Maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Applying the material provided in courses or coaching.

Our programs are educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific business, income, or personal results.

10. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All website content, including but not limited to text, videos, audio recordings, graphics, logos, documents, training modules, scripts, templates, frameworks, and coaching call recordings, is the exclusive property of RV CLEANING ACADEMY and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the purchased materials solely for your own personal business development. This license does not grant you any ownership rights over the content.

Strict Confidentiality: All program content, materials, methodologies, scripts, templates, training videos, coaching call recordings, and any other resources provided through the program are strictly confidential and proprietary. By enrolling in the program, you agree to treat all such content as confidential and to not disclose, share, distribute, publish, reproduce, or transmit any part of it to any third party, in any form or by any means, whether digital, printed, or otherwise, without prior written authorization from RV CLEANING ACADEMY.

This includes but is not limited to: sharing content in Facebook groups, online forums, or social media; forwarding materials to individuals not enrolled in the program; uploading or hosting any content on third-party platforms; and recording or screenshotting coaching sessions for distribution purposes.

Violation of this confidentiality obligation may result in immediate termination of your program access without refund and may expose you to legal action for copyright infringement and breach of contract.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

All programs, courses, and coaching materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. RV CLEANING ACADEMY and its representatives do not provide financial, legal, tax, or medical advice.

Examples or testimonials shared are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees of future results. Results shared by other students are not typical. Your results will depend on your own effort, consistency, market conditions, and factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RV CLEANING ACADEMY shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products, services, or website.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data collected through rvcleaningacademy.com is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our site, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt an amicable resolution by contacting info@rvcleaningacademy.com.

If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Texas, USA.

14. Modifications to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

Continued use of our site or services after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
